Richard Ward (1915-1979) Actor
played Captain Dobey in the "Starsky and Hutch" (1975) pilot,and later in the 4th season episode titled "Huggy Can't Go Home" played Huggy's friend Julius T. Washington. Also appeared in "Black Like Me" (1964), "The Learning Tree" (1969), "Mandingo" (1975), "The Jerk" (1979), and "Brubaker" (1980).
