Promoting "our" food Photo by Danny Snyder Country Club Bakery owner Chris Pallotta (right) gets his moment in the spotlight - or rather studio lights - while filming a segment for the Food Network's "Roker on the Road" show Friday morning. Video Communications Productions Inc. was in Fairmont with :Roker on the Road" field producer Rosa Cho to film the process of making pepperoni rolls. The local bakery is thought to be the first in the area to develop the snack, which has become a regional favorite. Jim Ledoux (from left) and jay Kuntz of Video Communications. a Pittsburgh-based company, spent the morning filming the process at the bakery while Cho interviewed Palotta. The segment will air on the Food Network in June.
