Dick Butkus (1942 -)
Football player, born in Chicago, Illinois, USA. An aggressive, 245-pound linebacker, he was chosen All-America at the University of Illinois (1963--4) and All-NFL (National Football League) seven times in nine years with the Chicago Bears (1965--73).
