RlCHARD HEFFNER

Technical Director / Set Designer for the Footlight Players since 1989

   In addition to his duties as Technical Director, Richard also designs the sets and lighting.

   He is a native of Fairmont, West Virginia and a graduate of Fairmont State College. Since moving to Charleston, Richard has been associated with the Prop Box, Piccolo Spoleto and several movie companies - the latest being a PBS production for which he created special wood carvings. Richard other talents include a background in music, printing and graphic design.
